- Coordinate properties handover with customers or a so-called house owners - Work closely with site management for defect rectification and properties' inspection - Make sure all the facilities in the designated sites is in good working condition - Deal with other related departments to solve homeowners' requests or concerns - Facilitate and/or coordinate decoration work with homeowners at their requests - Report all facilities issues and conditions as weekly and monthly report to senior staff within Property Management department - Attend weekly and monthly meeting as required generally - Lead the move in existing and new procedures or policies - Maintain proper rules and regulations at the sites - Develop and maintain good quality of customer service experience and the brand of the company - Handle all complaints and security issues - Perform other tasks assigned to the appropriate level of the position.

- Hold bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields - Have at least one-year experience in facilitating or coordinating projects or business activities/events - Must be able to understand speak, read and write Khmer & English to a good standard - Have desire to improve and grow business skills - Be a specialist in Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint-(be good at formatting) - Have basic experience in Mechanic, Electric, & Plumbing (MEP) - Have knowledge in property manageme
