- Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the organization. - Analyze and work on solutions to streamline/ re-engineering of business processes, suggesting appropriate checks & balances. - Identifying and resolving internal bottlenecks and leading project teams to implement solutions. - Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities. - Develop and maintain a communication plan with business communities and stakeholders to ensure the succession of projects. - Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization. - Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field is required. Business Skills Required - Proficiency in Ms Office and familiarity project management software (e.g. Ms Project) & process flow software (e.g. Visio) - Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organizational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure - Be very good in verbal and written English - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, at all levels, and third parties - Passion to have an impact. Pro-active self-starter. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness - Confident with strong decision-making skills - Good leadership skills and ability to work well within a team - Good time management skills and ability to multitask - Experience in managing operational or structural change within an organization - 2+ years of progressive experience in project management within an international organization preferred. A mix of both consulting and corporate background is preferred - Reports directly to Head of Digital Transformation.
