- Prepare Cost estimation of the project - Tender preparation and coordinating tender process till award - Contract Document - Maintain Cost tracker - Contractor claim assessment/ payment evaluation - Variation and final account settlement - Assist on Procurement when necessary - Carrying out other department duties (non-project)

- A degree holder in Quantity Surveying - Minimum 3 - 5 year of experiences; with at least 1 – 2 years in QS Consultancy firm - Relevant experience in construction projects; - Good contractual and pricing knowledge will be an advantage - Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills. - Strong oral and written communications skills; - Have healthy life style, and can properly deal with work pressure; and - To carry out any other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor - Proficiency in English - High ethics, morals, and professional standards; maintain confidentiality standards; good social behavior; neat appearance; must have an attention for details; common sense and good judgment; and a problem solver.
