- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures - Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols - Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system - Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions - Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments - Assist in tracking and management of equipment - Ensure your location is in compliance with all safety and injury reporting - Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse - Detailed communication of materials with managers & crews - Ensure all equipment is kept in good, safe working conditions - Work with all supervisors to assure all policies and procedures are being followed - Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on work results - Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results to assure the Company is current with industry developments applicable to the operation. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends in case of emergencies, variable schedule(s) as necessary

- 3+ years shipping/receiving experience, including forklift operation - Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position - Requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field - Must be knowledgeable of Wireless Telecommunications equipment - Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. - Experience with WMS system and RF (Radio Frequency) capabilities - Ability to work for long periods of time on your feet - Exposure to extreme heat and cold while loading and unloading trucks - Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time - Ability to stoop, bend, push, pull, lift above head and climb as necessary - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to manage effectively time to meet targets and deadlines - Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time - Should have strong written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English)
