Jobs Description

- Manage the current stock status in the warehouse - Count stocks every beginning of months - Check the quantity and receive the materials from the suppliers - Report for the materials that are nearly out of stock - Issue the materials to the operation team with the approved withdrawal forms - Keep records of all the “In and Out” materials and support documents - Key-in data in the system, reconcile the figures with the support documents, and prepare reports as required - Check stock report and stock card (use in system) to make sure the stock is accuracy - Ensure the materials are stored well and warehouse looks clean and tidy - Do filing of all the hard and soft documents for the warehousing - Supervise and develop all Warehouse Keepers

Jobs Requirement

- Able to use MS Office i.e. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint - Able to use English for communication - With pleasing personality, professional looking, and patient - With good communication skills in both English and Khmer - Willing to learn, hardworking, good teamwork, friendly and dynamic
