- Employee orientation of company internal work rules and values - Monthly payroll calculation, salary tax and monthly report - Monthly recruitment report and others HR report - Employee Training and development - Develop and update HR Policies, internal rule and work process - Liaise with the public authorities to ensure HR and Admin policies are in compliance with the Cambodia labor law - Monthly materials management and others admin duties - Maintain employee database and compile statistic report regarding personnel related data such as hiring, transfer, warning, termination and absenteeism - Manage staff benefit, employment contract, personnel file and related file documents - Performance evaluate and appraisal - Dealing with all issues related to staff benefit, safety, conflict - Prepare monthly NSSF to ministry and contact with insurance compa - Revise procedures, periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues and safeties - Identify non-compliance risks: Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible risks and environmental. - Review the work of colleague when necessary to identify issue and provide advice or training. - Other tasks assigned by manager

- At least one year working experience with HR and compliance, manufacturing field - Bachelor degree in business and administration, management and other related field - Good at in English and other language such as Chinese will be advantage - Leadership skill, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail- minded - Be smart, honest, friendly, hardworking, high initiative and passion - Good problem-solving skill, team work and considerable.
