- Coordinate & hosting Group Training & Development Program. - Support all subsidiary companies within ISI Group on Human resource Development and career path (Leadership Development Program, First line manager program, Scholarship program, Management Trainee Program…ect…) - Monitoring, controlling, and hosting the succession planning program and Talent Acquisition. - Support all HR Business Partner to conduct training by each Business Units. - Employer Branding Executive and CSR activities.

- Bachelor of Master degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent. - Proven work experience at least 5 years in Managerial role. - Familiarity with modern training methods. - Excellent in inter-personal skill, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals - Good computer and database skills - English proficiency
