- Identify and communicate issues raised, offer solutions relevant to business and risk; - Ensure each department complies with internal policies and find weak points in policies and procedures to provide recommendation; - Follow up with each department after issuing recommendations; - Supervise less experienced staff by coaching and reviewing all work; - Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives; - Communicate assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate and efficient results; - Organize personal effort along with those of junior auditors to be risk-based, productive and efficient at all times; and - Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, pursing ACCA or related fields; - At least two years of audit work experience; - Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; - Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken; - Independent, self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills; - Willing to travel to branches, sub-branches, and points of sale when required. - Good team player, good time management, integrity, high commitment, patience, dynamics; - Have good understanding of accounting and audit standards, financial analysis, taxation, and relevant laws and regulations. ** Benefit: 13months salary /18 days paid leaves+ all public holiday + incentive year end
