- Make plane and manage recruitment and selected the application to fill internal and External vacancy - Build good relationship with hiring manager for recruitment needs; - Sourcing, tracking and hiring of qualify candidates; - Arrange interviews in accordance with panel member’s availability - Prepare job offer letter and employment contract for successful candidates - Make hiring and recruitment report - Prepare employee promotion letter, salary increase, salary deduction, termination letter etc. - Arrange new employee’s induction program, - Assist supervisor in building good relationship with university for University outreach program

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
