- Lead and conduct both internal and external trainings; - Handle doing the Training & Development Needs Analysis; - Design and develop the training programs based on the result from TDNA; - Prepare the Annual Trainings Calendar; - Prepare, manage the Training budget and expense; - Source and contact suppliers for external trainings required; - Build and drive the Organizational Learning Culture; - Do the daily, weekly and monthly training report; - Other task as assigned by manager.
