- Maintain the highest standard of greeting guest and bidding farewell - Taking guest’s reservation - Assist guests in seating and waiting for reservation - Keep updating guest’s history cart for guest recognition programmed - Check, book and record all of room reservation and other service booking - Report all reservation during briefing - Be able to operate computer/ fax/ email and guest service - Good knowledge of menu - Good knowledge of any promotions that may be introduced - Strong working relationship with all departments
