- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality language courses that meets the needs of different students groups taking into account individual learning styles. - Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities - Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students’ varying needs - Teach all the four modules listening, speaking, reading and writing. - Teach grammar rules, spelling and diction, word pronunciation, sentence structure, punctuation, reading and essay writing. - Maintain order within the classroom setting in accordance with company guidelines regarding student behavior management. - Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout the course, and actively promote student autonomy and reflective practice. - Assess student learning on an ongoing basis and alters instruction to meet group/individual needs. - Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of language courses, materials and related services. - Keep up to date with developments in subject area, teaching resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities - Collaborate with other training department in planning and delivering instruction to students. - Communicate regularly with Head of Language on matters pertaining to language training. - Attend and participate in school/faculty and department meetings. - Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs and student organizations - Prepare coursework and assignments for classes. - Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments - Complete training related administrative tasks to specified standards. - Performs other duties as required. Key Competencies - Good presentation skills to present training programs. - Knowledgeable in conducting Training Needs Analysis. - Possess knowledge of the concepts, principles and methodologies of instruction. - Good knowledge of academic curriculum for assigned classes. - Demonstrated ability to develop instructional goals, to design and deliver instruction and to assess students' learning. - Demonstrated ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing. - Knowledge of relevant training aids and technology.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or a graduate in teaching profession. - Certified language trainer in Mandarin or English (TESOL/TEFL etc.) - Meet professional teacher education requirements. - Relevant teaching experience
