- Check all transactions of cash flows in the company - Check and update actual cash flow and estimate - Cross check on every local & oversea payments - Double check on AR input in system, make sure it’s correct allocated and do posting - Help to deal with client and related department for some revenue & payment concerns - Double check on receipt and payment allocated in system then posted batch in system - Manage cash payroll or any urgent payments process on time - Cross check all documents such as: PR, PO, invoice, etc.; make sure it its completed document with approval - Support/review, with AP team and find the solution also schedule for late long outstanding payment to suppliers - Check and reconcile all bank accounts, make sure it is correct as monthly - Support sub franchises when needed - Held and get involved with all new investment projects (Total/Camdis, new store opening and other new project - Support and coordinate with operation side for issue any quotations or invoices - Check and support all cash problems in every outlets and other departments - Prepare monthly summary report AP as a whole group and print to Manager - Update company’s loan/interest - Collect all payment plan from AP, discuss and negotiate with AP team, and some suppliers - Drop the budget to each AP team based on actual cash - Record Director’s transaction under his/her account’s history directly and update as monthly (in Excel) - Prepare P&L of all apartments - Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent (Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant designation is an asset) - 4-5 years experience of Accounting Management (experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage) - Knowledge of general accounting principles - Exceptional communication skills at all levels - Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
