- Set up accounting and finance procedure and manual - Check and verify all transaction from subordinate such as voucher and accounting transaction in manual and QuickBooks. - To perform physical count petty cash, and prepare actual cash balance with accounting book balance - Analysis and verify daily cash balance in case of variance and bank reconcile transaction in accounting book with bank statement and variance analysis if any circumstance - Check and verify monthly accounting account code, AR/AP aging, and accrued expenses - Check and verify BS & P&L after accounting closing and submit report to top for review - Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly - Prepare and organize P&L budget plan Vs Actual - Prepare and Organize weekly, monthly and yearly cash flow plan Vs actual - Prepare payment schedule for local and oversee vendor or supplies - Check and verify for monthly and annual tax declaration and tax audit - Prepare classification and cost breakdown by monthly and yearly and cost variance analysis - Prepare and set up fixed asset code system - Prepare and verify accounting transaction for internal and external audit - Prepare schedule and conduct inventory physical count.

- Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting or other related fields; - At least two-year experience in warehouse work and operation; - Be good at stock controlling; - Being familiar with using stock system is an advantage; - Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel; - Ability to manage time and carry out orders efficiently and effectively; - Ability to communicate in English.
