- Meet and make good relationship with all Brokers - Directing the submission from the Brokers to relevant Department (quotations, Endorsement, policy, claims, etc) - Manage the review of the issued document to make sure it is properly done prior to send it to the Brokers on time - Controlling daily services to the Brokers in order to satisfy their needs - Arrange the feedback from the Brokers to the relevant department to solve any problem - Efficiently take care of the flow of required document processing for the Brokers - Work closely with the Brokers in order to provide good and value added services - Control all the needed services by the Brokers and make sure it is efficiently and timely provided - Provide the training to the clients about the benefit of the insurance policies if requested by the Brokers - Willing to learn all insurance policies as required by the company

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance - Relevant working experience with General Insurance Industry is preferable - High commitment, be able to face the problem and efficiently solve it out - Effective presentation and negotiation skills, good at social-networking - Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and as a team leader - Understanding aspects of insurance and the relationship with the Brokers - Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point…) - English language is the must and others (French/Chinese) is preferred - Able to manage, assist and lead the team efficiently
