- Back up all VP's tasks such as - Purchase Order, - Checking inventory - Checking Sales Collection - Sharing update products list or price list to related sales department, - Sharing brochure and info update to sales team. - Back up with Purchase Team regarding to Purchase, Stock Status and follow up - Back up Premium Products - Premium Products measuring and sell - Control stock in - Control stock on hand and prepare goods - Control stock Excel purchase stock - Control stock Excel Cut stock - Fill Invoices in Excel - Control payment from customer - Record Customer info - Arrange file PDF of Passport, ID & Bookbank - Create bank account (New name) - Withdraw from bank when received rebate - Manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of the president/ vice-president’s office, scheduling all appointments, conferences and speaking engagements and other commitments; handles changes or cancellations as deemed necessary and/or appropriate. - Provides the vice-president with background information, meeting summaries and/or supporting documents in preparation for scheduled appointments, meeting, and speaking engagements; coordinates with other departments as necessary for speeches and communications for preparation of specific engagements and maintains and tracks detailed priority list of projects and engagements - Schedules and organizes all activities such as meetings, travel, car services, and association activities for the Vice President - Greets and manages all visiting members and guests that have schedule with Vice President and handles all of their needs for the duration of their stay - Produces meeting summaries and maintains and tracks president’s priority lists of projects and other board memberships and responsibilities - Handles confidential and sensitive information - Protocol Work as the following - Speech - Press release - Agenda - Checklist - Budget plan - Table arrangement - Seat arrangement - Honor stage - Honor tables - Welcoming and greeting VIP - Invitation - Guest lists - Assist to VP for official event - Performs other duties as may be required.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Accounting is preferable - MBA is potential - Pursuing ACCA qualification is advantage - At least 2 years experience in accounting or finance - Knowledge of bookkeeping, double entry, Cambodia standard accounting - High level of English proficiency - Public Relation Skill - Strong commitment - Working and handling with pressure - Flexibility - Computer literacy - Excellent computer skills-MS Word, Excel, Quick Book.
