- Receive Phone Call from customer for servicing - Communicate and coordinate with Main Branch Salesgirls and Admin staffs to process customer order for installation or repair. - Record information into computer; track and monitor progress of requests. - Handle a variety of written materials such as forms, lists, invoices, charts, reports, records, schedules, and other documents. - Coordinate, document and track data to meet the information and reporting needs of the work unit. - May perform incidental general office tasks such as collating and assembling documents; filing documents, photocopying/faxing correspondence and reports; - Handling Spare Part

- Minimum Bac II or Bachelor Degree in any field - At least 1 year experience in position admin or related field - Female or Male - Be able to work under pressure - Be able to communicate in English - Knowledge of computer literacy ( Microsoft Office Word, Power point ,Excel) - Good interpersonal and communication skill - Very patience, flexible, Punctual, honest and friendly - Good Team work
