- Promote product/service/ to target client - Determine loan assessment - Check client references/Loan Contract Completion and submit the agreement package to manager for check and approval - Client Orientation/Loan discipline and disbursement with authorized amount - Seek out the clients to achieve the plan performance - Follow up and perform loan collection and problem solving-loan - Build good relationship with local authorities and key persons - Study/research new market and competitors - Assist other tasks assigned by Manager

- Fresh Graduated Associate or BBA on finance and banking or related skills (Marketing….) - Has some experience with this field is a plus - Honesty and hardworking - Good communications and Good team work - Willing to learn new skill - Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet & Email)
