- Maintenance and Air –Con will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all company equipment and properties. - Training will be provided for the suitable candidate, so although experience would be helpful. - Examples of typical duties may be repainting, minor repairing broken chairs or tables, cleaning airconditioners or using the floor polishing machine to clean floors of shops. - More difficult repairs will be done by outside companies, but the maintenance staff must organize this work.
