- Data entry for accounting system, booking keeping, Account receivable, receipts, and payment, account payable system - Inventory control of office supplies, - Implement policy stated by director. - Prepare, receive, and send mail and keep correspondence records - Control and update all agreement, clients, staff, sub-contractor, wholesale clients - Work with warehouse manager, logistic and cashier to prepare report and control stocks - Control and update all paper-work form - Assist and arrange meetings - Perform tasks assigned - Staff records, staff attendance, leaves, sickness, overtime report
