- Oversee leasing activities for Central Mansions serviced apartment. - Ensure all leasing enquiries are responded in a timely and professional manner. - Ensure the leasing agreements are complied with company’s policies & procedures. - Ensure existing leasing agreements are periodically reviewed & renewal. - Building and maintaining relationships with existing tenants and potential tenants regarding leasing matters. - Produce weekly & monthly leasing reports. - Responsible for leasing budget and forecast. Accurately forecast and achieve budgeted lease rates and retention occupancy. - Handle tenant’s complaints regarding lease agreements and services. - Work closely with accounting team to provide data for leasing report, invoicing, payment and follow-up late payment. - Coaching and ensure proper training is provided to subordinate. - Ensure pass rate for internal & external audit. - Prepare and execute marketing strategy including online and events. - Prepare rate card for public, corporate and online (room rate for all room types and for daily, monthly & yearly) - Manage online booking (Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com & HRS) - Updating market overview quarterly (analysis of the competitors &new; supply) - Perform other tasks are assigned by Resident Manager and Country Manager

- Bachelor Degree in related field preferable hospitality - At least 3 years’ experience in similar position - Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels - Good command of written and verbal English - Matured, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline - Problem solver and team player - Smart Innovation and Multi tasks oriented - Knowledge of real estate and hospitality - Computer literate (MS. Office, Email, etc.)
