Jobs Description

- Assist in admin process (supplies management, security/cleaning companies’ management…) - In charge of maintenance supervisions (equipment, building…) - Assist in Fixed Assets process (records, inventory) - Assist in Admin process (contracts with suppliers, stationery management, Equipment management..) - Supervise the outward and inward local clearing cheque to ensure that they are presented properly. - Monitor all cleared cheques and return the unpaid cheques to NBC Siem Reap, if any.) - Send outgoing file via Clearing House’s CLIENT MODULE - Collect Customer documents from commercial Team - Collect operations Documents to forward to HQ - In charge of documents managements & Archive

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in one of the field related to the position - OR lower degree accepted if at least 2 years’ experience in Banking Operation and NBC - Clearing Operation / Admin Position. - Fluent English (writing and speaking). - French language is a plus. - Excellent computer skills in Excel
