• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue • Set individual sales target with sales team and evaluate performance of sales staff • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people • Ensure sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by sales team • Plan and direct sales team training • Assist with development of senior sales engineer • Coordinate and monitor on online sales activities • Project sales • Coordinate, support and centralize all opportunities and projects (Pre and post sales) • Generate timely sales report

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or Master Degree in Business Administration • At least 3 years in a management role • At least 5 years of sales experiences • With some experiences in the Construction industry is a plus • Good command in Chinese or English. • Knowledge of Auto-cad, MS Project...etc. • High Critical Thinking, High Problem Solving • Able to work as a team, Work under pressure • Job-Related Knowledge of Sales & Marketing/Design & Engineer/Civil & Engineer/Architecture.
