- Draft legal documents under Senior legal advisor’s supervision related to bank business activities and other documents as requested; - Conduct legal updating, legal translation, and legal processing with competent authorities; ; - Translate documents received from NBC or other state authorities from Khmer into English and vice versa; - Conduct legal research, develop legal studies and keep being informed on legal matters and important trends which have an impact on the operations of the bank; - Report on trends and developments of the regulatory environment; - Complete the administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities; - Conduct other tasks as needed.

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in law from Universities recognized for law skills; - Fluent in English, graduated from Institute of Foreign Language is an advantage; at least 1 or 2 years' experience in similar position with banks or legal firms; - Very good knowledge of NBC regulation and Cambodia laws; - Good computer skills; - French language is a plus. - Required competencies: - Discretion, integrity and rigor - Very good skills in drafting and reviewing legal documentation - Thorough understanding of the operational environment of an international bank - Effective communication. - Autonomous, self-starter and pro-active. - Quick learner.
