• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform their job properly • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team to compare the sales targets • Liaise with stakeholders in the company to ensure achievement of sales objectives • Evaluate performance of sales staff and provide feedback, support as well as coaching to the sales team • Plan and direct sales team training about product knowledge. • Formulate sales policies and procedures • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities

• Bachelor degree of sales and marketing or another related field. • 2 years experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Has technical sales skills • Be able to communicate in both English and Chinese. • Experience in managing and directing a sales team • Relevant product and industry knowledge is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Formal presentation skills
