- Develop sale strategy and action plan。Responsible for executing sales strategy in assigned area and route. Ensure effective sale to reach target volume and income. - Build trust and maintain good relationship with sale agents and customers；establish customer retention strategies and follow-up with unsold leads and past customers. - Review or survey market and study about products, pricing of our competitors to identify challenges and find proper solution to increase sale volume. - Plan activities for sale team to maintain a schedule for call and meet with customers. - Conduct satisfaction survey；care of customers and respond to complaints appropriately. Supervise and assess performance of sales staff and provide feedback, supports as well as coaching sale teams with regular and necessary training such as product knowledge/sale tactics and skills to improve and develop their sale talent and competence. - Conduct research on related field and gather market information and comparing. - Provide customer (Merchant, Member) training in regular basis. - Monitor daily sale activity and follow up on sale progress； generate daily and monthly status reports regarding overall sales achievements. - Other tasks assigned by manager.
