 Design detailed plan both internal and external;  Provide conceptual design to team member and make any design improvement if necessary;  Help to estimate costs, prepare specifications for materials and carry out surveying and drafting;  Prepare drawing work, plans and designs for construction work;  Use computer software to produce designs, detailed drawings and documentation;  Check construction site to make sure it follows the approved designs;  Produce monthly reports;

 Bachelor degree of architecture or other relevant fields;  At least (1) year experience in construction business;  Computer literacy especially MS Office, AutoCAD and 2D & 3D;  Be able to identify, analyze and solve technical problems;  Good communication, management, and leadership skills;  Be creative and honest;  Be able to work as a team;
