- Assist in recruiting staff, shortlist applicants, prepare document for Interview testing, and reference check. - Assist in prepare job adv. to agencies advertisement and follow up to finance about payment process to advertisement agencies. - Assist in receiving the Requisition Form and JD that hiring department request to the Talent Acquisition and Performance Management Manager. - Prepare all testing and interviewing schedules after shortlisted - Make phone call to shortlisted candidates for testing and interviewing. - Give an update to Talent Acquisition and Performance Management Manager on regular basis when all interviews are scheduled, candidates are informed. - Assist in prepare Internal announcement new staff to on board. *Documentation/Filling: - Prepare new employee checklist and folders when employees joins the company - Prepare and update Personal Information Detailed and obtain required qualification degrees, required specialized certificates, National ID/Passport, and family book. - Assist Talent Acquisition and Performance Management Manager in preparing other documents. - Compile relevant documents for each employee and submit to HR department for folders - To do other duties assigned by Talent Acquisition and Performance Management Manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration-Major in HR Management, or relevant field. - At least 1-2 years’ experience in HR operations - Strong interpersonal communication skill and experience - Good organizational skills - Good level of public speaking and presentation skills. - Willing to work hard and smart with positive attitude. - Good organizational skills - Good level of public speaking and presentation skills. - Willing to work hard and smart with positive attitude. - Working knowledge of English skills - Computer competency: Good Computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point), internet and email.
