Jobs Description

- Manages Personnel & Training Division, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures both local and government regulations pertaining to employmentPractices. - Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies. - Coordinates with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employee following established standards, policies and procedures assists them in the orientation training, development and evaluation of their personnel. - Supervises that staff coordinates in the work plan on safety, hygiene, and harmonious. - Monitors the administration of the performance appraisal program and act in advisory capacity to Department Heads of such process. - Maintains and updates files on employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures, and all matters which cover the employees/ hotel relationships. - Prepares and submits periodic reports for Management’s use in accordance with hotel and government requirements such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, accident reports, competitor admin./ benefits, etc. Develops the Personnel Department and related budgets. Checks and amends if any training activities, program policy, and curriculum of the Training Department. - Analyzes hotel manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection and development activities to meet those requirements. - Inspects regularly employee canteen, locker rooms lockers and other employee facilities to ensure they are well operated and maintained. - Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff, and employers. - Implements and monitors effective employee relations and motivation programs in the hotel. - Develops and implements programs to ensure employee security and safety. - Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure applicable laws and regulations and procedures are followed. Consults with Department Heads on appropriate action and recommends to Management for final action. - Maintain an efficient and effective administrative system. - Ensure that the hotel’s Management System is maintained and executed - Set HR policies and procedures - Ensure at all times professional and co-operative relationship with all other department heads), General Manager and more generally all employees within the hotel. - Co-operates with all department heads

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor or Master Degree of Management, Law or Business Administration - At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in human resources and industrial relations field - Experience managing HR operation in hospitality (hotel) industry - Good command of spoken and written English, and good communication skill - Possessing strong commitment, discipline, self-motivate, confident, independent, result- oriented and can-do attitude, and ability to work under pressure - Strong leadership and people management skills - Strong team work and problem solving skills - Male or Female (female talents are encouraged to apply)
