- Collect and update any information related to Customs, legal and administrative regulations and procedures. - Formalize and standardize the different steps, their costs, and timing, as well as the requested documentation, for any process related to Customs, Ministries, CDC etc. - Clarifies to Sales and Operation staff the different processes. - Receives from Front Line Operations the documents related to Customs clearance or administrative procedures. - Check the correctness and completeness of the received documents related to Customs/Admin processes. - Dispatch the jobs to the different staff under his responsibility (Customs Brokers). - Monitor the daily progress of the processes through formalized tool. - Assist the Customs Brokers in case of problems with administrations. - Handle personally some files. - Reports to Head of Customs Clearance.

- Minimum 3 year experience in an international freight forwarding company in Customs Brokerage activity. - Good knowledge of Customs regulations. - Experience in handling communication with Customs Officers and good knowledge of Customs processes. - Good contacts within Customs Department. - English Language. - Computer literacy.
