Jobs Description

- Manage hiring process; sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing and selection. - Keep database of potential candidates and candidate’s applications for the future usage. - Liaise with authorities to ensure company are in compliance with Cambodia labor law - Monitor time off, leaves, absence, working hours - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) - Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc.) - Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties - Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; coordinating with other departments - Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. -Reconciles financial discrepancies: bank, account receivable and account payable reconciliation. -Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. -Manage a smooth and adequate running and maintaining of the office asset -Collect customer feedback and improve the feedback according to the procedure of the company -Work with team to coordinate for all company’s events -Develop and update daily and monthly report to General Manager -Travel opportunities conduct, partake, attend seminars -Any other relevant duty assigned by General Manager to assist with smooth operations of organization

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, general management or other related field - At least 2 years of experience related to HR or Administration. - Knowledge of accounting is more preferable - Computer literacy especially MS office, QuickBooks, outlook. - Good command of the English language both written and spoken - Sound organizational and interpersonal skills. - Be flexible and detail oriented - Able to work independently good grooming and presentation - Able to act with tact and discretion.
