- Enforce recruitment process is adhered to - Main point of contact for all recruitment - Liase with Managers and staff to understand jobs and create accurate job descriptions - Monitor and track all sources of job postings - Source and screen candidates and schedule interviews - Lise with Group Recruitment team to leverage on capabilities - Manage CV database and keep track of recruitment and compliance - Actively involved in recruitment activities or events as required - Liase and manage relations with recruitment agencies - Attend HR networks events as well as career fair with Group Recruitment team Compliance - Take ownership of entire compliance process for Urbanland and related entities - Establish and manage ministry relations and deal with HR audits - Submit and process applications for work permit & workbook in a timely manner - Responsible for MOLVT & NSSF staff in/out declarations - Monitor and keep up to date with compliance as well as work permits and visas - Manage, process and pay for NSSF contributions in a timely manner - Keep up to date with Labour laws as well as Praskas and related - Keep track of expense and filing and monthly reporting both recruitment & compliance

- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role - Good working knowledge of labor law - Great positive attitude and personality - Have strong work ethics - Organised and can multitask - Good communicator
