- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in drawing up the annual sales plan for Japanese markets for various segment: Corporate, Leisure and meeting; - Maximize all revenue opportunities promoting the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in the area/region - Prepare a monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month; - Promote the two hotel properties in Cambodia (Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort & Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra) as often as possible through entertaining, conducting site inspections, and presentations etc. of the two hotels under the direction of the Area Director of Sales & Marketing.

- A first significant Sales Manager experience, preferably in the luxury setting; - Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels; - Excellent organizational skills. Computer skills; - Language : Japanese and English; - The position is open to Japanese Citizens who wish to have an experience overseas in an economically dynamic country.
