- Responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Reservations area; - All computer input, manual filing procedures and statistical information relevant to reservations must be of high quality; - Strive to provide the most comprehensive and accurate information, to telephone callers, guests and other staff and Department of the Hotel; - Upselling the property where possible; - Being constantly aware and in touch with forecasted occupancies for the future; - Being aware of group block bookings or allotments which may or may not have been utilized; - Being constantly aware of all rates and rate structures in place within the Hotel and to whom they are applicable; - Review reservation booked daily; and - Ensure special handling of repeats guest and VIP guests.

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hotels ; - Extensive knowledge in reservations, sales and hotel operations; - Good organizational, planning and team management skills; - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is an advantage; - Attention to detail and quality, guest orientated mindset; and - Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible with outstanding interpersonal skills.
