- Stay up to date with suppliers in the market that are both capable and competitive; - Assist project management team in estimating cost of materials in order to estimate project costs; - Prepare price comparisons from at least 3 suppliers for all materials requested then evaluate and propose the best supplier base on price, quality and delivery speed; - Prepare and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions with local suppliers as well as resolving any supply, quality, service and invoicing issues; - Ensure that all processes are followed to ensure that purchase orders are accurate and complete; - Order, review and conduct a quality check of goods when shipment arrives; - Monitor, oversea and resolve all issues concerning the installation works by subcontractors; - Update the procurement delivery and payment schedule to ensure that both payments and deliveries are completed as per the terms and conditions of the contracts - Prepare and maintain purchase files, records, reports and price lists so that are up to date and easily accessible - Other tasks require by Procurement Managers;
