• Local and oversea purchasing • Research and evaluate potential suppliers • Request and compare quotes to make sure the price is competitive with good quality • Manage the purchase properly and ensure the lower cost • Go outside to check the quotes or make purchase • Examine and review products and supplies to ensure good quality • Arrange and schedule deliveries to other department on time • Work closely with other departments to ensure the efficiency stock and make order • Work with suppliers to get a good credit term and conditions • Organize and update on invoices, agreement and other financial matters • Contact and keep good relationship with suppliers to schedule deliveries on time • Maintain supplier list and negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply • Perform other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance • At least 2 years experiences with purchasing or similar position • Experience with Entertainment Industry would be advantaged • Strong negotiation and communication skill • Good command of spoken and written in English • Be able to work under pressure with tight deadline, positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty
