- Receives booking from customer by phone call, and recording in the system. - Checking the pending shipment, then contacting to customers and the provinces staff to solve that pending shipment. - Ensure the customer’s complains will be solved properly - Making a good relationship between company and customers - Send Report POD (Proof of Delivery) to all credit customers - Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

- Female/male - A Bachelor Degree, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply - Having a good communication skills - Ability to communicate in English, it is good if can speak and listen Chinese is preferable - Be able to work from Monday to Sunday (with one day off)
