- Ensure that Food & Beverage Standards are being adhered to. - Keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food and Beverage preparation and service in the hospitality field. - Maintains a high profile within the Coffee Shop during service time, with emphasis on guest relations and needs, and the smooth flow of service considering the SOP’s - Supervise the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved. - Take personal responsibility for maximizing quality levels of product and service, and guest satisfaction. - Supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.

- At least 2 years’ experience in Coffee shop or other relate to - Graduated BA Degree concerning management skill or equivalent degree - Good in English communication - Good leadership and management skill - Flexible and fast learner person - Good communication and teamwork - Can work multi-task and willing to work until successful - Other task assigned by Manager
