- Present and sell company products and services to the clients in the allocated zone - Establish, maintain current client relationships, prepare proposals and sales agreements - Support customers through appropriate promotion, retraining, menu design - Maintain good service through quality checks and other follow-up - Identify resolve client concerns and implement special sales activity to reduce stock - Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up - Feedback gathered information through field activity to appropriate company staff - Coordinate company staffs to accomplish the work required to close sales - Control sales revenue, achieving sales target and follow up late credit customers - Cooperate with related line departments to provide good services to the customers - Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in sale and marketing or other related field - 1 year experiences with sale and marketing sale products (related to construction materials) - At least 22 – 35 years old. - Can speak English or Chinese - Good presentation, negotiation - Good problem solving skill - Reliable and active person - Good attitude with team work spirit - Flexible person - Ms word and Ms excel, can use internet - Can travelling to the province at some time.
