- Assist Accounting supervisor for the effective running of AP area - Compliance obligations for Vattanac Properties Limited - Assist Accounting supervisor for new set-up and implementation accountingprocedure and system - Responsible for verifying and posting all supplier invoice - Reconcile Suppliers Statements of Accounts with payable report - Responsible for the proper control and record of account payable - Monitor, checking, and process payment according to supplier credit term - Assist in preparation of Annual Budget, and audit planning & completion - Other task assigned by the manager

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any relevant field - At least 1 to 2 years involved with property finance - Computer Administrator and Accounting System - Good writing Khmer & English and other language will be a priority- Able to perform multi task - Excellent communication skills and Negotiation skills - Trustworthy and able to work under pressure - Other tasks assign by the manager
