1.Stock Dispatching Coordination - Count and double check if the stock is complete and correct the quantity if needed - Ensure stock is in good conditions (GSDP requirement) - Ensure required records are properly filled up - Report immediately if any discrepancies in quantity and quality exist - Ensure stock is ready to deliver following dispatching time 2.Delivery Coordination - Coordinate the delivery following the defined route, propose, revise, and create delivery route - Coordinate urgent delivery with customer service, warehouse and deliveryman as requested from the customer or principal - Follow up of the shipment to ensure that all orders are delivered within the scheduled lead-time. 3.Clearance of Invoices and Delivery Manifest - Check if the collection is completed and if invoices have been remitted to the Finance department. - Clear the Manifest into the system. - Ensure Deliveryman clear or give status of pending undelivered invoices before giving new assignment. - Ensure that all invoices are or accounted for, such as already delivered or returned goods. 4.Fuel Control, Vehicles Control and Maintenance - Ensure all vehicles are properly checked following checklist before loading the products - Ensure vehicles are properly maintenance following the schedule, and prepare the maintenance report - Ensure vehicles are clean and AC is working, and coordinate with QA to run the vehicles qualification validation - Regularly monitor vehicles movement by GPS, tracking the fuel consumption report, and report any risks or gap for future improvement
