- Weekly PO issue Manual and HQ - Daily Special PO, Check and revise PO quantities - Check PO pending, Follow PO with supplier - Follow sale team close PO for issue new PO - Request go outside to find products or medicine for store - Delivery stock to store is necessary or urgent - Register stock and Units cost control - Device stock and Control on stock register - Negotiate with supplier for best price ( when supplier propose increase price ) - Follow up stock late register and late confirm with store team - Receive and return stock with suppliers and prepare document for accountant - Control on consignment process - Set reorder point and reorder quantities - Create new items - Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Assistant Purchasing Manager

- Studying or Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or Management, other related fields. - At least 1 year experience - Male/Female 20-35 years old, Cambodian only - Good command of English speaking, writing and listening. - Knowledge of computers skill Microsoft office( word, Excel and POS) - High commitment and hard on working
