·        Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, Information Management or related degree

·        Coursework on Statistics will be a strong plus

·        Knowledge of banking, microfinance, leasing and fintech landscape is highly preferable

·        Accuracy and attention to details

·        Ability to adapt and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment

·        Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality

·        Familiarity with online and offline research techniques

·        1-2 years experience in research, consulting or financial sector is preferable
