• Organize and maintain personnel records

• Administering and managing human resources plans for departments • Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, interview, on-boarding, engagement, manpower planning

• Assist payroll, conducting annual salary, seniority, nssf

• Liaise with external partners, insurance vendors, ensure legal compliance

• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g.: turnover rates.)

• Perform other task assigned by Management Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Finance, Law or Any related field

• Have 3- or 4-years working experiences in industry factory sector

• Good in English and Computer skill o Able to speak Vietnamese or Chinese is priority

• Strong motivation, good attitude, flexible, problem solving and high responsibility

• Multitasking under pressure
