JOB DESCRIPTION

·   Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business

·   Proactively identify and digitize banking services and solutions

·   Participate in projects to strengthen digital customer services and experiences

·   Formulate and implement digital banking strategies for new business initiatives and propositions

·   Provide in-depth and ongoing analysis for the latest digital developments in Cambodia and overseas including government, regulators and financial institutions, covering the applications, competitors' use of the products, etc.

·   Work closely with business architects to translate customer journey into detailed user stories

·   Identify non-functional requirements and translate them to user stories

·   Contribute to impact analysis, cost assessment, timeline definition and business case definition

·   Work closely with software architect, developer and IT in in ensuring requirements is clearly understood and translated into system features.

·   Define required acceptance criteria and drive test case & script writing for test phases

·   Develop test frameworks to be adopted for all testing activities

·   Work closely with architects and developers to manage defects and problems identified

·   Lead and perform test activities

·   Contribute to development of standards and ensure adoption

Be part of the front-end and back-end developer team to develop Bank’s goWave ecosystem

JOB REQUIREMENT

·        A bachelor’s degree

·        No more than two years of work experience

·        An impressive track record in leadership

·        Fluency in Khmer and English

·        Business requirements management for banking application

·        Mobile/Web project experience

·    Strong moral & ethical compass to ensure integrity of testing procedures

·    Ability to understand business terms used, key business need and identification of best technical tools
