JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop digital channel products that are driven by insights from user and market research
• Plan & execute product strategies
• Plan and execute digital channel product campaigns that drive user engagement
• Establish strategic product partnerships with ecosystem players and merchants to leverage on ecosystem value propositions
• Initiative & drive campaign and marketing activities to achieve overall respective product target
• Conduct user and market research to understand market position in terms of customer needs, competitor products and pricing, and ecosystem value propositions
• Own the digital channel product roadmap, backlog and user stories, which will be communicated with the technical team for implementation
• Plan and deliver financials in terms of budget spending and revenue targets
• Formulate, review and enhance product and operating manual
• Ensure that all policies, procedure and guideline are adhere of AML (Prakas)
• Product innovation & improvement
• Ad hoc project

JOB REQUIREMENT

·        Degree in finance, marketing, business or related field of study

·        Get from 5-10 years’ experience in product development, marketing, consulting, finance, management or entrepreneurship related positions

·        Experience in fintech or digital technology in banking is preferred

·        Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

·        Creative ability with project management and analytical skills are highly desirable

·        Familiar with Agile and Design Thinking practices
