Job Description

•    Delivering sales target for the transaction banking products including cash management

(bank's Reflex) and trade finance.

•    Growing client portfolio with proactive relationship management of existing and new clients

•    Act as client(s) point of contact for any query on their needs on trade finance and cash management solution

•    Assisting and advise clients on preparation of trade finance documents and RHB Reflex application form

•    Being product partner to branch manager and sales team in structure trade finance facilities and provide cash management solution to the customers

•    Assist Unit Head, Transaction Banking, to formulate and develop marketing strategies and

plans to promote transaction banking's and bank's products and services effectively and efficiently

•    Identify business opportunities from retail, high net worth and institutional clients

•    Ensure all the activities are in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, policies

and guidelines.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder with 2 years related working experience in sales & marketing — banking / financial institution or

• Diploma/ secondary school leaver with 3 years related working experience in banking industry

• Preferably 1year managerial experience or 2 years as sales team leader in similar capacity.

• Business development, networking & marketing skill

• Full spectrum of banking knowledge — trade finance and cash management

• Negotiation & problem solving
