Job Description

. Gather requirement from the customers during the projet kick off

. Monitor the project progress as a part of implementation

. Working with related party Vendors/ Customers/ Internal Team to provide system walkthrough and training

. Coordinate customer to perform UAT testing (positive/negative scenarios) follow the Test script

. Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates

. Develop report (BIRT report tool)

. Project Weekly report with high light if any risk during the project progress

. Collaborate with all cross-functional team members/system owners to accomplish required tasks

. Having ability to lead and manage team's daily tasks/motivation/encouragement

. Be able to play role as technical support

. Others assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement

. Degree(s) in computer science, or a related field

. 2 to 5 years of technical support experiences (Insurance is plus)

. Understanding IT projects management is plus

. Excellent organizational, analytical and technical skills

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Excellent planning and time management skills

. Knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript+ is plus

. Knowledge with Oracle PLISOL is priority

. Knowledge with Report design (BIRT REPORT, REPORT VIEWER, ...)

. Commitment is required
