- Enter approved invoices/ expenses and payable transactions into the accounting system in a timely manner. - Ensure that all payments made to suppliers are in line with the invoice, contract and credit terms - Arrange monthly tax declaration documents for Accounting Agent. - Petty cash management and handle payments - Collaborate with Tax Officer to ensure administrative requirements are met with respect to payments for tax, salary taxes and other administrative payments - Booking and operating car and drivers - Other administrative work upon assignment.
