Job Description

1. Promote and professionally sell a wide range of retail products to existing and potential customers, engage in cross selling of other bank’s products based on customer needs.

2. Achieve individual sales targets and continue towards the achievement of the branch targets.

3. Acquire and forge relationships with mass affluent customers with the objective of generating revenue.

4. Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.

5. Set appointments, carryout sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.

6. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to develop relationship

Job Requirement

- Formal Education: Degree in finance, marketing, business or related field of study

-      Bachelor Degree – Any Field

-      Diploma – Any Field.

-      Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-      Proactive team player but able to work indecently.

-      Has experience in sales environment.

- Enthusiastic towards achievement of targets
